On September 12th, the launching ceremony of the first National Network Anchor Vocational Skills Competition (Student Group) with the theme of "Smart Youth and Skill Building Dreams" was successfully held at the Literature and Art Center of Nanchong Film Industry Vocational College. Meng Dong, member of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and Vice President of the China Federation of Radio and Television Social Organizations, Gan Li, member of the Party Group and Deputy Director of the Sichuan Provincial Radio and Television Bureau, Jiang Xiaoping, Deputy Minister of the Propaganda Department of the Nanchong Municipal Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the Nanchong Cultural Radio, Television and Tourism Bureau, She Long, member of the Standing Committee of the Shunqing District Committee and Minister of the Propaganda Department of Nanchong City, and Li Taibin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of Nanchong Film Industry Vocational College, attended the ceremony. Li Taibin first delivered a speech, representing all the teachers and students of the school to extend a warm welcome to all the guests. He stated that as the only vocational college in China named after the "film industry", the school has always adhered to the educational philosophy of "digital intelligence as the foundation, industry education co education, and light and shadow casting the soul", adhered to the school motto of "moral integrity and strong technology, diligent learning and innovation", based on the educational positioning of "film and television as the core, multi domain integration, AI empowerment", and built 26 majors in seven major groups, keeping up with the iteration and upgrading of the online audio-visual industry. Hosting this national level competition is not only a full trust of the industry in the school's educational strength, but also a comprehensive review of its educational achievements. In his speech, She Long pointed out that as the central city of Nanchong, Shunqing is gathering efforts to polish the cultural and tourism brand of "Shunqing, the source of the Three Kingdoms and the rising tide", vigorously cultivating the internet celebrity economy, event economy, and cultural and tourism economy. The landing of this national level competition in Shunqing is an important opportunity for promoting learning and revitalizing the city through competition, as well as a vivid practice of resonance between schools and local areas, and integration of industry and education. He warmly welcomes young anchors from all over the country to enter Shunqing, spreading the scenery and cultural heritage of Jialing through the lens, injecting youthful energy into regional development.

Gan Li stated that Sichuan is a fertile ground for the development of the online audio-visual industry, and the landing of this competition in Sichuan is a recognition and encouragement of the province's talent cultivation work for online anchors. She pointed out that standardizing the professional standards of anchors and consolidating the industry's reserve team are key measures to promote the high-quality development of the online audio-visual industry. I hope to take this competition as an opportunity to further stimulate the vitality of industry education integration, guide young anchors to adhere to the correct value orientation, tell the story of Sichuan well, and help Sichuan products and cultural tourism to go global.

Meng Dong emphasized in his speech that holding this competition is an important practice to implement the requirements of skill talent construction and serve the digital transformation of the broadcasting and television listening industry. He pointed out that online anchors shoulder the important responsibility of spreading mainstream values and empowering economic development, and their professional ethics are directly related to ideological security and the quality of industry development. He put forward five clear requirements for the competition: firstly, to improve the political stance, to integrate the correct value orientation throughout the entire process of organizing the competition, and to create an important carrier for cultivating morality and talents; Secondly, we must adhere to the principle of competition based education, balance practical skills and professional ethics, and guide young students to cultivate both morality and skills; We must adhere to the bottom line of fairness, strictly follow competition rules, and ensure that the competition is open, fair, and just; We must embrace the transformation of digital intelligence, make good use of new technologies to empower competitions, adhere to the principle of technology for good, and prevent the risk of AI abuse; We must deepen the transformation of achievements, use competition to drive the integration of industry and education, promote competition standards to feed back classroom teaching, and build a new pattern of collaborative education. After the launch phase, Guo Wei, Vice Chairman of the Organizing Committee and representative of the referees, took the stage to take an oath, promising to strictly abide by the principles of fairness and impartiality, and carry out judgments in accordance with regulations; Guo Yuhao, the representative of the contestants, spoke and stated that they will participate in the competition with full energy, showing their level and style. At the ceremony, there was also an introduction of the cooperating units and a flag presentation ceremony, which ended successfully in a high spirited atmosphere.

As a national second-class vocational skills competition included in the annual plan of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, this competition has two major tracks: literary and artistic anchors and sales anchors, covering two stages: provincial selection and national finals. It adopts a comprehensive scoring system of "theoretical knowledge assessment accounts for 30%+practical live streaming competition accounts for 70%", adheres to the principle of public welfare throughout the process, and does not charge any fees to participants. Ultimately, award winners at all levels, excellent guidance teachers, and excellent organizational units will be selected and commended.

This competition is organized by Nanchong Film Industry Vocational College, which highly recognizes the college's educational strength and professional characteristics. In the six years since its establishment, the college has adhered to the principle of "promoting teaching, learning, and reform through competitions". It has jointly established six industrial colleges with leading enterprises such as Huawei, JD.com, and Phoenix, deepened school enterprise cooperation with more than 200 enterprises and institutions, and led the establishment of two provincial-level industrial and educational platforms, including the Sichuan Province Digital Intelligence Audiovisual Industry Education Integration Community. At the same time as the launch ceremony, the first meeting of the competition organizing committee was held at the school, and core institutional documents such as the organizing committee's work guidelines, referee work rules, and supervision and arbitration work rules were reviewed and approved.
