The public health defense line is solid and firm, the reported incidence rate of infectious diseases has been lower than the provincial average for 21 consecutive years, 2300 family doctor teams have been established, and 2.2 billion yuan has been invested in basic public health services. Health and well-being are tangible and accessible, with a focus on "one elderly and one young", providing free services to 190000 disabled elderly people, with 4.7 daycare centers per thousand population; Free screening for "two cancers" for 250000 rural women; Fully promote mutual recognition of inspection and testing results, benefiting a total of 3.4 million people.

Reducing the burden of medical security and continuously releasing benefits for the people. It is reported that the city's employee outpatient mutual assistance guarantee mechanism has been established and improved, and ordinary outpatient expenses have been included in the overall reimbursement.
