In order to further consolidate the construction of a rule of law campus, strengthen the legal literacy and educational responsibility of faculty and staff, and effectively build a protective barrier for the safe and healthy growth of young children, Qingpingguo Xiaolong Kindergarten in Gaoping District, Nanchong City organized all faculty and staff to carry out a special concentrated study on the "Law on the Protection of Minors", to educate children with the law and protect them with responsibilities, and comprehensively standardize the performance standards of childcare work.

This study closely focuses on the practical work of preschool education, focusing on core contents such as campus protection, safety responsibility, protection of children's rights and interests, and mandatory reporting system. Through the interpretation of laws and regulations, case analysis, and risk sorting, it thoroughly analyzes the key points and legal bottom lines in daily childcare, child care, home communication, and emergency response, so that all faculty and staff can clearly grasp "what can be done, what must be done, and what is strictly prohibited", effectively enhancing their professional ability to teach in accordance with the law and perform their duties in accordance with regulations.

During the learning process, all faculty and staff carefully studied and deeply reflected, and carried out self-examination, self correction, and exchange and discussion based on their actual positions. Everyone should further clarify the responsibilities and missions of early childhood educators, firmly establish bottom line thinking, rule of law thinking, and protection awareness, and deeply recognize that respecting the personality of young children, safeguarding their physical and mental health, and protecting their legitimate rights and interests are the fundamental principles of daily care and education work.
