Simulation scenario: A child in the lemon class experiences discomfort symptoms such as vomiting and abdominal pain after consuming yogurt. The on duty teacher immediately discovered that the child was abnormal and suspected of food poisoning. The teacher immediately reported to the higher authorities, and the principal quickly activated the emergency plan. The members of the emergency command group responded quickly.

After discovering the situation, the class teaching assistant quickly responded and standardized the operation. They promptly dealt with the child's vomit and contact area professionally, immediately sealed the scene, sealed the vomit, and cooperated with subsequent testing; At the same time, carry out on-site disinfection and sterilization work to avoid the spread of germs and ensure the environmental health and safety of the class to the greatest extent. Cafeteria staff immediately blocked the scene, sealed the food sample cabinets, and firmly locked the "source of the problem"; The teacher on duty quickly organized the remaining children in the class to queue up in an orderly manner and evacuate safely from the scene.

Health personnel conduct further examinations on children who are feeling unwell, carefully inquire about symptoms, check their mental state, and make preliminary judgments. If suspected of food poisoning, call the emergency number immediately; At the same time, the park leaders promptly report the situation to the relevant departments at higher levels, follow up on feedback throughout the process, and ensure that there are no errors in every aspect.

After the drill, the class teachers conducted food safety themed education based on the simulated scenario. Explained to the children about food safety knowledge such as not eating raw and cold food indiscriminately, not consuming expired food, informing the teacher promptly if they feel uncomfortable while eating, and washing hands carefully before and after meals.
