In order to further unify thinking, clarify goals, consolidate the strength of the senior high school teacher team, and solidly promote the preparation work for the college entrance examination, on September 1st, the senior high school teacher conference of Nanchong No.11 Middle School was held in Room 305 of Chengde Building. Li Jing, the principal in charge of the grade, Ye Yunsheng, the vice principal, Wang Yifan, the grade director, Kang Rui, the director of the teaching department, and all senior high school teachers attended the meeting. We should accelerate the implementation of the "blue blue blue docking", conduct in-depth research on the trends of college entrance examination questions and the requirements of the new curriculum standards, optimize teaching plans based on students' learning situations, and achieve "targeted review"; Develop personalized tutoring plans for critical and top students. The third is to balance students' academic and psychological states, pay attention to their emotional fluctuations, provide timely encouragement and guidance, and create a positive and healthy atmosphere for students to prepare for exams.
