Nanchong, Sichuan: Longmen Middle School organizes training for new faculty and staff in 2025

At the beginning of autumn, pursue your dreams and move forward. On the morning of August 24th, in order to help new faculty members quickly adapt to their positions and consolidate their professional foundation, Longmen Middle School in Nanchong, Sichuan Province held a pre employment training for new faculty members in 2025 in the conference room on the second floor of Yucai Building. Zhang Limei, the school's executive principal, attended and gave a speech. In the core learning stage of the training, school leaders and teachers give relevant themed lectures or activity training successively. Principal Zhang Limei gave a special lecture on the topic of "Adhering to the Original Aspiration of Education and Cultivating Noble Teacher Ethics - The Mission and Responsibility of Teachers in the New Era". She gave a vivid and profound "first lesson on employment" to all new teachers from five aspects: anchoring the original intention of education, cultivating the righteous spirit of education, demonstrating their sense of responsibility, honing their abilities in education, and jointly drawing the long scroll of education, pointing out their career direction.

Tang Bing, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, gave a special lecture on "Education Policies and Regulations, Teacher Ethics and Personnel System, and the Development of Teachers and Staff", and organized the watching of the video teaching "Asking the Soul of Teachers" (Fourth Edition) to strengthen the legal awareness and professional ethics of new teachers and staff.

Retired teacher He Dalun stepped onto the "Dragon Love Lecture Hall" and shared his insights on his educational career with the title "From Blue Silk to White Hair, My Unrepentant Choice", conveying his love for Dragon Education.

Teacher Du Jing from the Mental Health Guidance Center conducted mental health team support activities to assist new faculty members in mastering psychological adjustment and student counseling skills.
