On the morning of August 25th, all faculty and staff of Dongfang School in Nanbu County, Nanchong City, Sichuan Province gathered at the Academic Hall to begin a one week collective training for faculty and staff for the new semester. This training is rich in content, covering various aspects such as the construction of teacher ethics and style, and the improvement of teachers' teaching abilities.

At the beginning of the training, Comrade He Mingchun, the principal, learned the relevant spirit for all faculty and staff. Subsequently, Vice President Luo Xianhua organized all faculty and staff to study the detailed rules for the evaluation of education and teaching quality in Nanbu County, as well as relevant documents on strengthening teacher ethics and conduct construction at the provincial, municipal, and county levels.
