On September 28th, the Promotion Branch of Yingshan County Elderly Association in Nanchong City, Sichuan Province held a symposium on the theme of welcoming National Day at Jingyang Hotel. This year, we watched the 80th anniversary military parade and the 93rd military parade of the victory of the War of Resistance Against Japan. From the perspective of historical development, since the reform and opening up, especially since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the nationwide poverty alleviation campaign has achieved significant results, and the people's happiness index has continued to grow. We must consciously uphold the "two safeguards", strengthen the "four confidences", enhance the "four consciousnesses", and under the correct leadership of the county party committee and government, and under the guidance of the county old association, do our best to do a good job in the association's work.

Xiong Jianguo, a member of the Propaganda Branch, said that after retirement, I mainly participated in activities at the County Lao Xie Quan Jian Song and Dance Troupe. This year, Yingshan Middle School celebrates its 100th anniversary. We raised funds ourselves and established an alumni choir art troupe in the camp. I am mainly preparing to sing three songs. One is' Graduation Song '; The second is the school song of the 1960s camp, 'Eucalyptus trees make a forest, I am an adult'. This song was written by former principal Pu Jixiao and composed by music teacher Gong Chengmin. It is very simple and touching. The third is' Whenever I walk past the teacher's window ', dreaming of returning to my alma mater and presenting a gift to it.

Military life makes me proud. Zhao Shengdi, the vice principal of Yuanyingshan Normal School, said: I used to work in the missile unit. At that time, the radar was installed at the top of the mountain, but now our radar is installed on satellites. As a retired veteran, how proud I am!
