Strengthening the foundation of teacher ethics and safeguarding the original intention of early childhood education

In order to further strengthen the construction of teacher ethics and style, enhance the professional ethics and education ability of the teaching staff, Qingpingguo Xiaolong Kindergarten in Gaoping District, Nanchong City, will organize all teaching staff to carry out special learning and training activities on teacher ethics and style in stages, and consolidate the foundation of education with solid measures.

At the beginning of the event, Director Xu focused on core content such as the "Ten Guidelines for Professional Behavior of Kindergarten Teachers in the New Era" and the "Measures for Handling Violations of Professional Ethics by Kindergarten Teachers", combined with the characteristics and typical cases of the preschool education industry, and conducted in-depth explanations from three dimensions: "Adhering to the Original Aspiration of Education", "Strictly Adhering to Professional Bottom Line", and "Standardizing Care and Education Behavior". She emphasized that the words and deeds of preschool teachers directly affect the growth of young children, and it is necessary to internalize the norms of teacher ethics in their hearts and externalize them in their actions, caring for every child with love, patience, and a sense of responsibility.

Subsequently, all faculty members were organized to solemnly sign the "Commitment Letter on Teacher Ethics and Conduct". Everyone expressed that they will take the commitment letter as a guide for action, consciously abide by professional ethics norms, eliminate violations, and strive to be good teachers with ideals, beliefs, moral sentiments, solid knowledge, and a compassionate heart.

The kindergarten also organized all faculty and staff to participate in the 2025 summer district wide centralized learning activity organized by the Education and Sports Bureau of Gaoping District, Nanchong City, through online video live streaming. The meeting focused on topics such as "handling school emergencies" and "carrying out school protection work for minors", making all faculty members understand the importance of teacher ethics and conduct construction, and providing strong guarantees for the high-quality development of kindergartens.

This special study on teacher ethics and style not only enhanced the professional ethics and sense of responsibility of all teachers and staff at Qingpingguo Xiaolong Kindergarten, but also laid a solid foundation for the orderly development of education and teaching work in the new semester.
