In 1998, Chen Yihong stayed in the local area to develop after graduating from Chongqing Jiaotong University. By chance, he went into business and quickly found his first bucket of gold in life due to his flexible mind and ability to endure hardship.

After years of hard work, Chen Yihong has ventured into industries such as architecture, landscaping, and commercial logistics, and has made some achievements in various fields. She has also founded more than 10 enterprises, including Chongqing Jinrun Huacai Agricultural Development Co., Ltd. and Chongqing Jinrun Huazhang Construction Engineering Co., Ltd.

"Many years ago, Chen Yihong united her hometown businesses in Chongqing to develop together. In 2016, Chongqing Yingshan Chamber of Commerce was established, and Chen Yihong was elected as the president of the chamber.

In March 2017, Li Qiang, a resident of Xindian Town, Yingshan County, founded Chongqing Shangying Automobile Sales Co., Ltd. in Chongqing. Nowadays, the member units of Chongqing Yingshan Chamber of Commerce are spread across 38 districts and counties in Chongqing, with a total of 132 members involved in industries such as machinery manufacturing, automobile sales, home appliance production, catering and entertainment. The Chamber of Commerce is currently a standing committee member of the Executive Committee of Yingshan County Federation of Industry and Commerce, Nanchong City Federation of Industry and Commerce, and Yuzhong District Federation of Industry and Commerce in Sichuan Province. Its social reputation and influence rank among the top three among 78 chambers of commerce of Sichuan origin in Chongqing.

The development of the Chamber of Commerce is flourishing, and various honors are coming one after another. From 2023 to 2024, Chongqing Yingshan Chamber of Commerce was awarded the titles of "Top Ten Nanchong Chambers of Commerce" and "Outstanding Contribution Chamber of Commerce" by the Nanchong Municipal Party Committee and Government; In 2023, it was awarded the title of "Characteristic Demonstration Chamber of Commerce" by the Chongqing Federation of Industry and Commerce. Yingshan is a major agricultural county with good quality of agricultural and sideline products and great market potential. During a visit to her hometown, Chen Yihong discovered that the difficulty in selling agricultural products is the key factor restricting the development of agriculture in her hometown.

After conducting multiple in-depth research in rural areas and markets, Chen Yihong included suggestions for expanding the sales channels of agricultural products in Yingshan and developing the agricultural industry on a large scale in the proposal of the National People's Congress. Taking advantage of the strong demand in the Chongqing agricultural product supply chain market and seeing the opportunity ripe, Chen Yihong turned her attention to her hometown and conducted negotiations with enterprises in Yingshan, eventually reaching a cooperation agreement with Sichuan Zhongyue Rongtai Industrial Co., Ltd. Taking the market operated by Sichuan Zhongyue Rongtai Industrial Co., Ltd. in Yingshan as the distribution center, high-quality agricultural products from Chongqing and even the whole country are transported to Yingshan for sale, while the agricultural products purchased in Yingshan are sold nationwide through Sichuan Zhongyue Rongtai Industrial Co., Ltd. and Chongqing Jinrun Huacai Agricultural Development Co., Ltd.

Chen Yihong deeply understands the principle of "industry first, industry leading". In the development of Rongyu, the focus should not only be on agriculture, but more importantly, on industry. In recent years, Yingshan's industry has developed rapidly. He once proposed to the County People's Congress to provide more policy support for Yingshan natives who have started businesses outside when they return home.
