Deepen School-University Cooperation to Cultivate Outstanding Educational Talents

On the evening of May 14, a highly anticipated event was taking place in the Grand Concert Hall of the School of Music and Dance at China West Normal University - the plaque awarding and appointment ceremony for the inter-school joint construction practice base of the talent cultivation community, as well as the integrated art performance from primary to higher education institutions. This grand event was hosted by the Academic Affairs Office of China West Normal University, and co-organized by the School of Music and Dance of China West Normal University, Nanchong Institute of Educational Sciences, and Shunqing District Education and Sports Bureau. It was assisted by the Basic Education Department and the Art Practice Center of the School of Music and Dance of China West Normal University. Nanchong Film and Television Industry Vocational College was invited to participate. Associate Professor Huang Junmei, Assistant Dean of the Art College of Nanchong Film and Television Industry Vocational College, attended the plaque awarding ceremony as the representative of the college.

The atmosphere at the plaque awarding ceremony was solemn and enthusiastic. Numerous educators gathered together to witness this important moment in the field of talent cultivation. The School of Music and Dance of China West Normal University has taken a solid step in promoting inter-school cooperation and building a talent cultivation community. The aim is to strengthen the in-depth connection and cooperation between higher education institutions and basic education schools through the joint construction of practice bases, explore new models of collaborative talent cultivation, and inject new vitality into the development of the education cause.

After the ceremony, the percussion music program "Huo Yuanjia" performed by the teachers and students of the school, with the master drummer's powerful beats, made a stunning debut. With their exquisite skills and highly infectious performances, they won the warm applause of the teachers and students present. It fully demonstrated the outstanding achievements of the school's art education and the professional qualities of the students, adding a touch of brilliance to the event.

The participation of this school in the "Inter-school Joint Construction Practice Base for Talent Cultivation Community" project marks that the cooperation between this school and China West Normal University and other institutions in talent cultivation has entered a new stage. By participating in such inter-school joint construction practice base projects, it will help Nanchong Film and Television Industry Vocational College further expand educational resources, improve the quality of talent cultivation, and achieve coordinated development of music education among local primary, secondary and higher education institutions, as well as resource sharing, so as to jointly cultivate high-quality talents who meet the needs of society.
