On September 29th, the 7th Member Representative Conference of the Individual and Private Economy Association of Gaoping District, Nanchong City was successfully held in the Gaoping District Government Conference Hall. A new leadership team of the association was elected at this meeting. Qin Shan, Deputy Director of the Market Supervision Bureau of Nanchong City, Peng Hui, Standing Committee Member of the Gaoping District Committee and Minister of the United Front Work Department, and Deng Yingqing, Deputy District Mayor, attended the meeting and delivered speeches.

In his speech, Qin Shan congratulated the newly elected leadership team of the association and highly praised the positive contributions made by the new association president Xin Zhongwu in promoting local economic development and uniting member enterprises over the long term. He also instructed the new association leadership team to adhere to political establishment, build a solid political foundation, strengthen the party building, forge a strong fighting fortress, serve the revitalization of the association, and fulfill the mission of "two giving". He also emphasized the importance of governing the association in accordance with regulations, and being conscientious and responsible.

Peng Hui pointed out in his speech that this conference is an important meeting held during a critical period when the entire region is deeply implementing the decision-making arrangements to promote the development and growth of the private economy. He demanded that the new leadership team grasp the pulse while recognizing the overall trend. We need to recognize the situation, grasp the trend, adapt to the overall situation, focus on the current international and domestic environment and situation, carefully study and grasp national policies, strengthen our confidence in development, and enhance our ability to respond to the market and resist risks. Secondly, we need to demonstrate our achievements in service development. We should focus on serving the overall situation around the center, contribute to the economic and social development of Gaoping, strive to become stronger, more distinctive, and better, be the "vanguard" of individual and private economic development, and contribute to the construction of a "big city gateway, forest city, and vibrant Gaoping". Thirdly, we must establish a good image within a strong foundation. Deng Yingqing fully affirmed the past work of the association. The meeting listened to the work report of the previous council of the association and elected a new leadership team through a show of hands vote. Xin Zhongwu was elected as the president of the new council of the association. Subsequently, the conference awarded plaques and made collective appearances to the newly elected president, supervisor, secretary-general, vice president, executive director, directors, etc., expressing their commitment to unite and cooperate to promote the work of the association to a new level.

The conference also awarded plaques to the recipients of the "Famous, Special, Excellent and New" individual industrial and commercial households in 2024. 21 individual industrial and commercial households, including Yutong Cement Products Pipeline Factory in Xiaolong Town, Gaoping District, Nanchong City, Shujiaxuan Well Water Firewood Roasted Chicken Farmhouse, Xinrong Affordable Supermarket in Yushi Township, Gaoping District, and Yizhi Home Furnishing Store in Gaoping District, Nanchong City, have been awarded this honorary title.
