On May 16, the 35th National Disability Day event in Yingshan County, Nanchong City, Sichuan Province was held at the county special education school.

At the donation ceremony, the county Disabled Persons' Federation, the county Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, Fashida Garments, Zhongxin Garment Co., Ltd., and Love Cake Garden, among other units and enterprises, donated materials and donations to the special education school and disabled students. Representatives of the donating units, the donated students, and the parents of graduated students gave speeches respectively.

At the campus free clinic, medical staff from the county Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital provided free blood pressure measurement and consultation services for students and parents. "We have prepared tuina physiotherapy projects for common limb coordination problems of special children. At the same time, we carry out mental health consultations for parents to help children grow better." The medical staff told reporters while checking the joint mobility of students. A parent accompanying the child for treatment said with emotion, "The doctor taught me how to do rehabilitation training at home. It's so considerate."

Meanwhile, the recruitment area was also crowded with inquirers. Recruitment staff from Fashida Garments, Zhongxin Garment and other enterprises patiently introduced the job requirements to the parents of graduates. "We offer jobs suitable for the disabled, such as garment processing and packaging. After taking up the job, a dedicated person will be arranged for guidance. The more you work, the more you earn." The person in charge of Zhongxin Garment expressed the hope that this recruitment would enable more disabled people to achieve employment and income increase. A parent who was filling out the job application form told reporters, "My child just graduated from the special education school and has always been worried about not being able to find a job. Now that enterprises are willing to provide opportunities, we feel much more at ease."

It is reported that this event received donated materials worth 300,000 yuan in total, provided free clinic services for more than 100 person-times, and reached employment intentions for more than 20 people on site.
