On September 25-26, during the exhibition and evaluation of high school mental health education in Nanchong City, our school's psychological teacher Li Hongjie stood out in fierce competition and won the first prize at the municipal level.
Teacher Li's participation in the "My Dream Tree" class revolves around the theme of high school career planning, guiding students to explore themselves, imagine the future, learn to find advantages and resources to help the future, and put them into action. Teacher Li uses psychological methods to create a safe and open classroom atmosphere, stimulating students' thinking through fun activities and encouraging them to concretize abstract dreams in the form of a "dream tree". This teaching design not only effectively alleviates students' anxiety about the future, but also cultivates their planning awareness and positive attitude, fully reflecting the characteristics of active, experiential, and inspiring mental health education.
