Summer Teacher Ethics Training Strong 'Warning': Learning from Cases to Clarify Responsibilities

To thoroughly implement the requirements of the "Notice of the Education and Sports Bureau of Gaoping District, Nanchong City on Carrying out Concentrated Learning for Teachers and Staff in the Summer of 2025". To further consolidate and strengthen the construction of the teacher team, enhance the level of teacher ethics and style, from August 23rd to 26th, Qingpingguo Kindergarten in Gaoping District, Nanchong City held a four-day special learning session on teacher ethics and style for all faculty and staff in the kindergarten. Intended to guide all faculty and staff to establish correct educational concepts, strengthen professional ethics standards, and practice the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents through practical actions.

At the beginning of the event, Hou Shuang, Deputy Director of the Teaching Department, led everyone in a theoretical study of teacher ethics and style, explaining the important significance of teacher ethics and style construction in a clear and concise manner.

As a preschool teacher, understanding, learning, and abiding by the law are important and necessary courses. In this concentrated training on teacher ethics and conduct, teachers are organized to study laws and regulations such as the Education Law, Teacher Law, and Law on the Protection of Minors, further enhancing their moral standards, legal literacy, and safety awareness, and establishing a good image of strict self-discipline and dedication to their work.

Subsequently, Director Hou, based on recent negative cases of violating professional ethics, reminded all faculty members to take the case as a lesson, strictly abide by professional ethics standards, and prevent any violations from occurring.
