On August 27th, the conference room of the Elderly Cadres Bureau of Yingshan County Committee in Nanchong City, Sichuan Province, was filled with love and warmth. The County Rural Revitalization Association held a ceremony to distribute the "Golden Autumn Scholarship" for 2025.

This Golden Autumn Education Assistance is based on the decision of the Yingshan County Party Committee and County Government. In 2025, 13 units including the County Education and Sports Bureau, County Finance Bureau, County Civil Affairs Bureau, County Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau, County Veterans Affairs Bureau, County Federation of Trade Unions, County Customs Working Committee, and County Rural Revitalization Association will be organized to carry out the "Let Dreams Sail - Golden Autumn Education Assistance" activity throughout the county to solve the enrollment problem of children from disadvantaged families. At the funding distribution ceremony, the assisted students and their parents double checked the students' names, ID cards, and bank card numbers. In the afternoon of that day, all the assisted students received information about the transfer of funds from the county rural revitalization association to the bank.
