Looking Back on the Journey of Cultivation, Gathering Strength to Move Forward

On May 7th, in order to summarize the teaching achievements of the first half of the semester and gather strength for further progress, Nanchong Transportation Technical School held a teaching work conference. The head of the Academic Affairs Office, Zhu Dan, the deputy head, An Yan, and all the teaching staff attended the meeting.

At the meeting, Head Zhu summarized the teaching work of the first half of the semester. First, the school continued to strengthen the construction of teacher ethics and professional conduct. Through the promotion of policy documents and the study of school regulations, efforts were made to improve teachers' ethical qualities. Currently, there have been no instances of teachers crossing the ethical boundaries. Second, the school focused on enhancing teaching capabilities. With the continuous updating of professional skills, teachers' teaching strategies need to align with industry standards. Only by improving teachers' teaching methods and professional abilities can the school meet the demand for talent cultivation in society. Third, it is essential to maintain a proper work attitude. Choosing a profession means choosing a career. Passion is the driving force behind all actions. Teachers should strictly demand themselves, enhance their learning, and strengthen their sense of teamwork to contribute to improving the school's teaching quality.

Subsequently, Deputy Head of the Academic Affairs Office, An Yan, analyzed the monthly assessment data and provided a summary in terms of lesson planning, classroom observation, meeting attendance records, homework assignment, and classroom inspection. She put forward the "Six Ones" requirements based on the monthly assessment results: carefully prepare for each lesson, learn from every excellent teacher, manage each class well, do not give up on any student, correct each homework assignment thoroughly, and stand firm at the podium. She hopes that teachers will focus on teaching quality, adhere to the principle of cultivating virtue in students, and become true "guides" for their students.
