Nanchong Transportation Technical School: Youth and Rule of Law Walk Together, Growth Accompanies Rules

The sunshine of the rule of law illuminates the path of growth, and a safe campus jointly builds the dream of youth. In order to enhance students' awareness of the rule of law and build a strong campus safety defense line, on the afternoon of September 17th, Nanchong Transportation Technical School held a special lecture on the theme of "Youth and Law Walking Together" for legal education. This lecture was given by Li Shaoxiong, a resident police officer of the school, with the full participation of Yan Lin, the vice principal of the school, Tang Wei, the head of the student department, and Jiang Xiaoshan, the deputy head.

During the event, Officer Li combined his own experience in handling cases and used typical cases of minors as a starting point to explain topics such as campus police situation reporting, distinguishing the boundary between illegal and criminal activities, how to stay away from harm and prevent juvenile delinquency, and the "three piece set of safe growth". He conducted an in-depth analysis of the characteristics and causes of current juvenile delinquency, covering multiple aspects of the rule of law - from the "Law on the Protection of Minors" closely related to students' daily lives to practical issues such as preventing student bullying and online fraud, all of which were elaborated in detail and vividly. Officer Li focused on analyzing three common types of juvenile delinquency: first, cases of fighting and brawling, warning students of the serious consequences of violent conflict resolution and corresponding legal responsibilities; The second is impulsive provocation behavior, emphasizing the importance of emotional management and legal boundaries; The third is to educate students to be cautious when making friends and enhance their awareness of prevention in cases where they accidentally fall into scams or commit crimes together. He explains the law through real cases, guiding students to distinguish right from wrong and respect the law.

At the end of the event, Vice President Yan Lin summarized the lecture on the rule of law. He sincerely thanked Officer Li for his excellent explanation and encouraged his classmates to integrate their legal knowledge into their daily lives, consciously abide by laws and regulations, and strive to become good young people in the new era who know, abide by, and use the law. Principal Yan Lin emphasized that the law is not a lofty text, but an indispensable criterion in our lives.
