Luo Yan, Deputy County Mayor of Nanbu County People's Government, introduced that Nanbu County focuses on the positioning of "building a national ecological planting and breeding circular demonstration zone and creating a new model for the comprehensive revitalization of western rural areas", accelerating the improvement of the ecological planting and breeding circular industry chain of pigs and citrus.

Lead the development of industrial agglomeration. A total of 720 million yuan has been invested to implement 118 projects, build 91000 acres of citrus planting industrial parks, 113 large-scale breeding farms, and attract 13 processing enterprises. The total output value of the industrial park will reach 8.26 billion yuan in 2024.

Technological empowerment is significant. Three expert workstations have been established, and 23 new products and technologies have been developed. The average labor cost of smart breeding farms has been reduced by more than 35%, and the economic benefits have been improved by more than 8%. The comprehensive cost of integrated irrigation of 60000 acres of water and fertilizer has been reduced by more than 30%.

Green development is leading. Innovating the "pig biogas fruit feed" cycle mode, the comprehensive utilization rate of livestock and poultry manure exceeds 90%, and building the largest national standardized production base for green food raw materials (citrus) in the province.

Linking agriculture with innovation. Through mechanisms such as the "Five Party Alliance" and the "Three Parks Joint Construction", 92000 people have been encouraged to enter the park and increase their income. By 2024, the per capita disposable income of farmers in the park will reach 27000 yuan, which is 33.9% higher than the entire county. By 2025, we will further improve the infrastructure such as the industrial road network and production water channel system in the core area, improve the systems of production and processing, warehousing and logistics, and socialized services, and accelerate the construction of a national modern agricultural industrial park.

Benchmarking the construction standards of famous sports cities to create a distinctive brand of "Fishing Paradise"

Shengzhong Lake thrives and is beautiful due to its water, making it a precious resource in the southern region. Zhang Lijun, Deputy County Mayor of Nanbu County People's Government, introduced that the Municipal Party Committee and Government have given Nanbu a significant mission to promote the brand of "Sports City · Fishing Paradise". Nanbu County is following the sequence of "one-year planning, three-year construction, and one-year creation" to benchmark the national standards for the creation of tourist resorts and promote the creation work.

Basic supporting facilities will be improved on a daily basis. We have invested 1.6 billion yuan to build basic supporting facilities such as Huanhu Road, Tourist Service Center, and Hailuo Square; This year, we plan to invest an additional 2.61 billion yuan to focus on implementing 17 projects, including "four hotels, two campsites, and one base". After completion, these projects will effectively improve the quality of accommodation and enrich participation in projects.

The brand reputation of the event is well-known. The China Shengzhong Lake International Fishing Competition is the largest, most participated, and highest prize winning wild fishing event in the country, and has set a Guinness World Record for "Wild Fishing Competition". At present, more than 10 events have been added, including the China Canoe Tour and the Happy Fishing National Fishing Open, forming an activity pattern of "events every month and explosive points every season".

The transportation network is well connected. The Langzhong Tiangongyuan to Shengzhong Lake expressway has been completed and opened to traffic. The Lanhai Expressway, Chengba Expressway, and Chengwanyu Expressway surround the Shengzhong Lake area in a "C" shape. The planned construction of the Nansan Expressway and Qingjianlang Expressway will establish a ground to ground interchange in the core area of the Shengzhong Lake area, connecting the ancient city culture of Langzhong, the Shu Road culture of Jianmen Pass, and the southern mountains, waters, and fishing culture into a chain, forming a comprehensive, complementary, efficient, and convenient tourism corridor, bringing richer tourism experiences to tourists.
