According to Ren Jun, a staff member of the Community Children's Service Station, this is a volunteer activity organized by the Yingshan County Morning Light Public Welfare Volunteer Association for summer college students from Yingshan. It mainly provides a practical platform for college students to solve the problem of unaccompanied children in the summer community and some children of employees. The activity lasted from early July to the end of August. In addition to Huayuqiao Community, there are also activity points in Furongshui Town and Yingshan Economic Development Zone.

It is reported that this summer practical activity for college students not only offers cultural counseling, but also courses such as handicrafts, instrument playing, and creative painting. The activities are held every Monday to Friday, and so far, more than 5000 accompanying service activities have been provided.
