Sichuan Nanchong: Longmen Middle School Holds Spring Semester Psychological Committee Meeting for 2025

In an effort to enhance mental health construction, strengthen internal communication and sense of responsibility among psychological committee members, and fully leverage their positive role in the school's mental health education, Longmen Middle School in Nanchong, Sichuan Province, held a meeting for psychological committee members on March 13 for the spring semester of 2025. Wan Caixia, the chairperson of the Trade Union, attended and spoke at the event. Teachers Luo Liping and Li Hongjie from the school's Psychological Health Center also participated. The meeting was hosted by Teacher Du Jing.

Teacher Luo Liping summarized the work of the previous semester and the psychological knowledge competition, and detailed the arrangements for this semester's activities, further clarifying the work direction for psychological committee members.

During the meeting, Teacher Li Hongjie conducted basic training for the psychological committee members. He vividly explained and guided them on how to detect crises and handle abnormal situations using specific examples. The attendees listened attentively and took notes diligently, fully demonstrating the spirit and demeanor of psychological committee members.

Wan Caixia, the chairperson of the Trade Union, delivered the concluding remarks of the meeting. She pointed out that psychological committee members play a bridging role between students and class teachers, as well as between students and psychological teachers. She called on all psychological committee members to live up to their responsibilities, fulfill their duties earnestly, and contribute to the school's and class's mental health work.

This meeting enhanced communication and collaboration among psychological committee members and raised their awareness and emphasis on mental health work. The school's Psychological Health Center will continue to strengthen relevant training to further advance the school's mental health education to a new level.
