Security escorts growth, moral education infiltrates the soul

In order to further unify thinking, clarify tasks, consolidate responsibilities, build a strong campus safety defense line, and implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents, on September 8th, all faculty and staff of Dongfang School in Nanbu County, Nanchong City, Sichuan Province gathered at the Academic Hall to hold the 2025 Autumn Semester Moral Education and Safety Work Conference.

Principal Deng presided over the meeting and pointed out the core purpose of the meeting - to ensure that the safety bottom line is not broken, the moral education goals are implemented in place, and to safeguard the growth of students. He also introduced that the meeting will focus on six agendas, including safety and moral education work plans, class teacher experience exchange, and class teacher reflection.

At the beginning of the meeting, Director Ma Huiying of the Student Affairs Department had a discussion on "campus safety is no small matter", clarifying the core understanding of "safety is no small matter, and moral education is everyone's responsibility". She emphasized that safety and moral education are not just the responsibilities of class teachers, subject teachers need to balance safety and moral education in the classroom, and logistics personnel need to do a good job in facility safety inspections to avoid responsibility loopholes.

Subsequently, Director Ma emphasized that this semester's moral education work should focus on "cultivating virtue and nurturing people", clarify the training objectives, and arrange moral education activities such as themed class meetings, social practices, cultural activities, and role model demonstrations; Safety work should be "clearly defined and layered to individuals", and a responsibility system of "principal coordination, departmental management, and full participation of all staff" should be established to ensure the steady progress of all work in the new semester.

During the exchange and sharing session, excellent class teacher representative Mr. Wang Yang shared his insights and experiences on how to integrate moral education and cultivate students' good character in class management, based on his own teaching experience.

At the end of the meeting, Principal He Mingchun further emphasized the importance of safety and moral education work, and called on all faculty and staff to implement the spirit of this meeting and assist in the development of the school and the growth of students.

This meeting unified our thinking, clarified our direction, consolidated consensus, and laid a solid foundation for the orderly and efficient development of moral education and safety work in the new semester.
