Sichuan Nanchong: Longmen Middle School Holds a Seminar for Teachers on the "Excellent Teacher Training Program"

In an effort to deepen educational cooperation in ethnic regions and implement Sichuan Province's "Excellent Teacher Training Program," on March 10, Longmen Middle School in Nanchong, Sichuan Province, held a seminar for on-the-job training teachers. The Executive Principal Zhang Limei, Deputy Party Secretary Tang Bing, Vice Principals Zhou Yong and Zhang Hongbo, and the Trade Union Chairperson Wan Caixia attended the seminar. Relevant department heads, mentor teachers, and two on-the-job training teachers participated in the meeting, which was presided over by Deputy Party Secretary Tang Bing.

Embracing Dreams and Setting Off Warmly

At the seminar, Deputy Party Secretary Tang Bing warmly introduced the attending leaders and mentor teachers. 

Lan Jiajie, a mathematics teacher from Ruoergai County, Aba Prefecture, and Ben Dengcuo, a physics teacher, briefly introduced themselves and expressed their desire to "learn advanced concepts and improve teaching skills" and "absorb class management experience to promote students' all-around development."

Setting Goals and Moving Forward Together

Executive Principal Zhang Limei welcomed the two on-the-job training teachers on behalf of the school and gave them a brief introduction to the school's history and educational achievements. She pointed out that the school had assigned four teachers with noble teacher ethics and excellent professional skills to provide "one-on-one" precise guidance for the two teachers in areas such as teaching, class management, and scientific research. She encouraged the on-the-job training teachers to follow the "five essentials" in their learning: set clear goals, enhance learning, apply in practice, share experiences, and strengthen assessment, to accelerate their growth.

Painting the Future and Growing Together

At the end of the seminar, all participants took a group photo to commemorate this extraordinary moment. Over the next year, the two on-the-job training teachers will delve into classrooms, participate in educational research, and exchange ideas under the guidance and assistance of their mentors, writing touching stories of educational cooperation with the teachers and students of Longmen Middle School.

Education knows no boundaries, and mountains and seas move forward together. It is hoped that through the "Excellent Teacher Training Program," new vitality will be injected into education in ethnic regions, and the light of dreams will be lit for more children!
