The research team's first stop was at Huidawen (Jiangsu) Education Technology Co., Ltd. The company belongs to Huirun Group and is the core implementation subject of the group's industry education integration strategy. Based on the background of the intelligent equipment industry, it transforms industrial grade equipment into teaching and builds an integrated training base for "industry university research training and innovation". During the symposium, both schools and enterprises had in-depth exchanges on topics such as professional layout, construction of training bases, faculty team building, and collaborative operation between schools and enterprises, jointly exploring new paths for promoting education through industry and integrating industry and education.

Subsequently, the research team visited Suzhou Maiwei Technology Co., Ltd. The company targets three major industries: solar photovoltaics, displays, and semiconductors. Its main products include fully automated solar cell screen printing production lines, integrated solutions for efficient heterojunction cell manufacturing, OLED flexible screen laser cutting equipment, and Mini/Micro LED wafer equipment. The enterprise is currently recruiting technical and skilled talents for positions such as equipment maintenance and electrical assembly. The research team went deep into the production workshop to gain an on-site understanding of the operation process and job skill requirements of the intelligent production line, and inquired in detail about the specific needs of enterprises for vocational college graduates in terms of professional skills, professional ethics, and other aspects.

Finally, the research team arrived at Lilong Electronic Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. The company integrates research and development, manufacturing, and services. Currently, it is recruiting technical and skilled personnel for positions such as automation equipment maintenance technicians and equipment operators, with professional directions covering electronic information, mechanical design and manufacturing, electromechanical equipment, electrical engineering, and automation. The research team not only conducted in-depth inspections of the operation of automation equipment in the workshop, but also specifically visited employee dormitories and canteens to gain on-site knowledge of living facilities.
