Practicing the original intention of education and promoting the beauty of teacher ethics

Education is not only an encounter towards beauty, but also a steadfast commitment to nurturing one's heart. Teacher ethics is never a lofty principle, but the warmth in one's eyes when bending down, a gentle support for young life day after day. In order to make this original intention clearer in the passage of time, Qingpingguo Kindergarten in Gaoping District, Nanchong City, launched a special learning and rectification action on teacher ethics and style in stages and with emphasis from August 24th to 25th, linking policy reading, self-examination, and collective encouragement into a spiritual growth line, allowing the light of teacher ethics to illuminate every ordinary day.

Qingpingguo Kindergarten organized all teachers to exchange ideas based on the "2026 Teacher Ethics and Style Learning Content List of Education and Sports Bureau of Gaoping District, Nanchong City". Everyone compared and deeply understood the contents of the list one by one, engraved the "bottom line" in their hearts during the exchange, and turned "respect and fear" into consciousness.

All faculty and staff solemnly swear with their right fists high: loyalty to the cause of education, adherence to ethical standards, care for the growth of young children, integrity in teaching and performance of duties, and adherence to the bottom line of education. The resounding oath echoed through the venue, demonstrating the firm belief of all teachers to love and nurture children, and to stand on their own with morality, allowing the original intention of teacher ethics to take root in the oath and shine in practice.

After taking the oath, all faculty and staff members signed the "Commitment Letter on Teacher Ethics and Conduct" one by one. The commitment letter clearly stipulates professional ethics, education standards, integrity and self-discipline, caring for young children, safety responsibilities, etc., and establishes a written "military order" to transform the requirements of teacher ethics into conscious actions. A promise, a sense of responsibility, guiding teachers to constantly self reflect, self alert, and self motivate, and to protect the pure land of education through standardized words and deeds.

Virtue is the foundation of a teacher, and a teacher must prioritize virtue. Our kindergarten will take this series of activities as an opportunity to promote the construction of teacher ethics and style on a regular basis. We will transform the oath of faith, the responsibility of commitment, the awe of warning, the determination to rectify, and the determination of thinking into practical actions to protect our childlike innocence and deeply cultivate early childhood education. We will strive to build a new era early childhood education team with strong political integrity, noble teacher ethics, excellent professional skills, and parents' trust, and contribute to the high-quality development of early childhood education.
