Yingshan, Sichuan Province: hold the publicity and consultation day of national work safety month

On June 16, the 25th national "safety production month" safety publicity and consultation day in Yingshan County, Nanchong City, Sichuan Province was held in suishan square. More than 30 county-level departments, sub districts, enterprises and institutions in the county have carried out safety publicity, consultation and emergency science popularization activities. Focusing on the theme of "everyone stresses safety, everyone will respond to emergencies - Troubleshooting and remediation of potential risks", they have popularized safety knowledge to the general public and improved the emergency response capacity of the whole people.

The activity site was crowded and full of atmosphere. Various safety publicity panels with distinctive themes were arranged in order, attracting many citizens to stop and watch, consult and exchange. In combination with their own safety work responsibilities and industry risk characteristics, the staff of each unit distributed safety knowledge manuals, publicity leaflets and practical small gifts to the past people, carried out popular science explanation around safety production, fire safety, traffic safety, disaster prevention and mitigation, electricity and gas safety, patiently answered the daily safety problems concerned by the people, guided the people to strengthen their safety awareness, and mastered the skills of emergency avoidance.

The County Emergency Management Bureau, the county fire rescue brigade and the county charity volunteer association also carried out on-site emergency operation demonstration, displayed professional emergency rescue equipment such as UAVs and water robots, taught practical skills such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and explained skills such as fire escape, first aid for heat stroke and treatment of fall and scald, so as to ensure that safety knowledge can be seen, learned and used.

"Today, I learned a lot of practical dry goods and learned how to deal with the gas leakage at home. I got a great harvest!" liuqiongbi, a citizen, said happily with the brochure and small gifts she had just received. Zhumaolin, a citizen, said: "such publicity activities are very grounded. They are all closely related to our daily life. The staff also made it very clear. We hope to hold more such activities in the future."

It is understood that the publicity and consultation day was organized by the safety committee of Yingshan County, and jointly organized by the safety committee office and member units.
