Gaoping, Sichuan: Government kindergartens carry out special training on emergency rescue for all staff

In order to comprehensively improve the emergency rescue and disposal ability of the whole kindergarten staff, master the scientific rescue methods for common emergencies on campus, and build a strong campus safety protection network, the organ kindergarten in Gaoping District, Nanchong City, Sichuan Province specially invited professional lecturers of the Red Cross Society to the kindergarten to carry out special training on first aid knowledge for all staff, so as to protect the healthy growth of children!

Build a safe defense line to protect the growth of children

There is no trivial matter for children's safety, and accidents should be prevented before they happen. Compared with adult first aid, children's emergency rescue requires higher requirements and more sophisticated operation, which has strict requirements on the professional ability of teaching staff.

The training focused on the high-frequency emergency safety scenes in kindergartens. The content was highly targeted and practical, focusing on the systematic teaching of three first-aid skills: Heimlich asphyxia first aid for children, CPR operation for children's cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and emergency treatment for children's sudden convulsions.

Elaborate theory and consolidate first aid knowledge

Farewell to the traditional single theoretical teaching mode, this training adopts the teaching mode of "theory intensive teaching + all staff practical operation", so as to truly apply what we have learned and achieve practical results.

At the training site, the professional lecturers of the Red Cross Society carefully explained the first aid principles, key steps and precautions of various sudden accidents in easy to understand language, corrected the misunderstanding of daily first aid, and transformed the professional first aid knowledge into understandable and usable first aid skills.

Improve the level of emergency rescue by combining teaching with practice

After the theoretical study, the training officially entered the practical training of all staff.

The park conducts group exercises according to small groups, medium groups, large groups, nursing groups, logistics cleaning and security groups, and all teaching staff come forward to practice in turn.

We strictly follow the instructor's standard demonstration process, carefully imitate and repeatedly practice each first aid action, and refine each operation detail. The lecturer will provide on-site tour guidance, one-to-one correction and check one by one, and adhere to the training principle of everyone getting started, practicing one by one and passing the test, so as to ensure that every faculty member truly understands, learns, can use and can use, and master standardized and standardized first aid skills for children.

This systematic and full coverage special first aid training effectively complemented the short board of emergency rescue skills of the whole park's teaching staff, further standardized the emergency disposal process of sudden accidents on campus, and comprehensively improved the emergency self-help and scientific rescue ability of the park's health care and education team.
