On August 28th, the Academic Affairs Department of Nanchong Transportation Technical School held its first teaching work special meeting of this semester to strengthen teaching management, solve teaching difficulties, and consolidate the foundation of skill talent cultivation. In his concluding speech, Tan He, Vice President in charge of teaching, pointed out that teaching work is the foundation of vocational schools, and all teachers should always adhere to the concept of "student-centered and technology-based". She put forward the requirement of "three haves": firstly, to create a "warmth" in the classroom, and teachers should care about the condition of each student during class; The second is to give learning depth, where the value of knowledge lies not in memorization but in learning; The third is to give growth momentum. Teaching should not only impart knowledge, but more importantly, educate students and help them develop good behavioral habits.
