Urban management is on the rise, welcoming the new spring with a refreshing atmosphere. On December 30th, Shunqing District of Nanchong City, Sichuan Province, held a press conference on the improvement action of urban management work, inviting heads of relevant departments such as urban management, sanitation, and traffic police to introduce the arrangements and deployments related to the improvement action.

As New Year's Day and Spring Festival approach, to further standardize the urban appearance and order of Shunqing District, enhance the city's image, comprehensively address prominent issues such as "dirt, disorder, and congestion," and create a city atmosphere of "Great Beauty Shunqing, Beauty is with You," accelerating the establishment of a scientific and efficient urban governance system, Shunqing District has recently launched an urban management work improvement action to welcome the New Year with a clean, tidy, and refreshing urban environment.

The main person in charge of the Shunqing District Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau introduced that to solve the problems of "difficulty in buying vegetables" for residents and "difficulty in selling vegetables" for the public, Shunqing District will increase planned tidal stalls and convenient stall areas in residential areas and surrounding areas, expecting to add 300 convenient stalls; to address the "parking difficulty" issue, Shunqing District will successively add 1,293 parking spaces on 22 streets including Shida Road, Guihua Road, and Silk Road, and at the same time plan non-motor vehicle parking berths around Wuxing Garden, Baitu Dam business district, 1227 Square, and other sections, to effectively solve the problems of citizens' parking difficulties and the disorderly parking of non-motor vehicles.

In response to urban management challenges, the Urban Appearance and Sanitation Service Center, public security traffic police, and other departments have also implemented related measures, vigorously carrying out urban appearance and order rectification, and steadily promoting the improvement of urban appearance, making the city's appearance refreshed.

In terms of creating an urban environment, the Urban Appearance and Sanitation Service Center will intensify street environmental rectification, strengthen the management and maintenance of public toilets, and accelerate the repair of street facilities. Starting from the daily life pain points that people care about, it will optimize operation methods and improve service quality.

The traffic police department will also strengthen road surface order management, comprehensively rectify various illegal behaviors of motor vehicles, motorcycles, large and medium-sized trucks, pedestrians, and other groups, and improve the urban road traffic order. At the same time, it will optimize the traffic organization of the jurisdiction by improving and updating signs, dynamically adjusting traffic signal timing, and planning time-limited parking temporary parking berths. It will vigorously promote the implementation of "one point, one school, one strategy" comprehensive governance for key points of congestion and disorder in business circles, medical circles, school circles, and main roads and intersections, and normalize the increase of road police force during peak morning and evening hours to fully unblock and ensure smooth traffic.

In addition, the local area will also focus on supervising whether there are any cold, hard, and pushy services for the people, whether there is any taking and asking for bribes in the process of administrative enforcement, and whether there are any issues of not taking responsibility and not working hard in the management of the urban management team.
