Recently, members of the State Grid Sichuan Electric Power (Nanchong Xichong) Lianxin Bridge Communist Service Team have been at the Banchiya Village online co-construction convenience service point, helping returning villagers solve electricity issues.

As the year-end approaches, the number of returning villagers is increasing. To facilitate the immediate resolution of their electricity issues, the State Grid Xichong County Power Supply Company has organized various power supply stations and teams to open a "green channel for returning villagers." They handle related business for returning villagers at the earliest time, reducing the time taken for electricity services and improving their efficiency. In addition to marking the specific locations and contact information of service points in conspicuous places in the town, the company also communicates and coordinates with village committees and governments in advance, establishing a joint mechanism for grid members and network assistants to accurately grasp the timing of villagers' return and their electricity usage, proactively providing "one-stop" services to ensure every returning villager has convenient and worry-free electricity.

Previously, in accordance with the arrangements for meeting the winter peak, the Xichong Power Supply Company, based on the account of returning personnel, visited each villager who had returned home for an electricity safety inspection. They mainly checked the safety hazards of household electrical circuits, switches, sockets, circuit breakers, and facilities such as kettles and electric heaters that had not been used for a year in a timely manner, distributed safety electricity usage propaganda materials to returning villagers. For the parents of villagers who could not return home this year, the Xichong Power Supply Company organized personnel to visit them, deliver consolation materials, and instruct the elderly and children on safe electricity usage in winter. For villagers who are about to return, they checked the facilities such as the household lines and meter boxes in advance and left contact information on the meter boxes.

Since the service for returning personnel began in early December, the county has provided electricity services to more than 1,300 returning villagers, resolved 89 electricity issues, and handled 53 electricity safety hazards.
