Strengthening the foundation of teacher ethics and adhering to the original intention of educating people

Recently, Nanchong No.11 Middle School organized all faculty and staff to participate in the special training on teacher ethics and style for the summer of 2026 in Gaoping District. The school strictly follows the work deployment of the district education and sports bureau, and adopts a combination of self-learning, online training, video conferencing, and warning education to organize teachers to systematically study the required documents for teacher ethics and conduct, disciplinary prohibitions, and regulations related to the protection of minors. It analyzes typical cases of teacher ethics and clarifies the bottom line of the teaching red line.

The school will establish a district level video sub venue, strictly implement attendance and class hour statistics, and organize all teachers to participate in the unified teacher ethics and style knowledge test throughout the district to promote learning and strengthen learning effectiveness. All teachers will study and discuss seriously, and express their commitment to abide by professional ethics standards and strict discipline and rules. The school will continue to promote the normalization of teacher ethics and conduct, create a clean and upright atmosphere for education, and safeguard the high-quality development of education.
