Strengthening the campus food safety defense line and safeguarding the safety of teachers and students' tongues

On August 26th, Nanchong Senior High School organized a special training on food safety work for the autumn of 2026. School management cadres and frontline canteen employees participated in the learning, and Professor Feng Cheng was specially invited to give a special lecture on food safety.

Campus food safety is crucial to the physical health of all teachers and students, as well as the overall harmony and stability of the campus, and cannot be relaxed at all. This training is not only a professional knowledge and business learning, but also a special education to strengthen the sense of responsibility, enhance the ability to prevent and control risks, and implement the main responsibility of food safety.

Professor Feng Cheng pointed out during the training that there are no "bystanders" in food safety work, and everyone is a "responsible person". The campus food safety chain covers the entire process of management decision-making, cafeteria operation, ingredient procurement, purchase acceptance, warehousing and storage, processing and production, food sample retention, tableware cleaning and disinfection, etc. Each link must be managed from position to person, supervised properly, with complete systems and traceable records. All trainees should internalize the concept of food safety in their hearts and externalize it in their actions, and implement institutional norms in every position, operation process, and detail, effectively achieving the responsibility of guarding the soil, being responsible for guarding the soil, and being responsible for guarding the soil.

At the end of the training, Wang Shangming, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Principal of Nanchong High School, gave a concluding speech. He emphasized that school food safety work should adhere to higher standards, stricter requirements, and more practical measures, and integrate "prevention first, risk control, and accountability" throughout the entire process of food safety work.
