At the meeting, the county Employment Bureau introduced the work of the flexible employment workshop in the whole county. In recent years, under the leadership of the county Party committee, the strong promotion of the county government and the guidance and support of relevant departments, the county has built more than 90 flexible employment workshops, some of which are deeply integrated into the county industrial chain, undertake the overflow orders of leading enterprises, develop the primary processing of agricultural products, characteristic handicrafts, etc., effectively complement the industrial weaknesses, activate the rural economy, and become an indispensable vitality node of the industrial ecology. At the same time, most of the workers in the flexible employment workshop are the labor force who are difficult to go out to work because they take care of their families, are older and have single skills, especially the "marginal groups" in the employment market, such as left behind women, accompanying parents, people with difficulties, returnees, etc. the flexible employment workshop has provided more than 2600 jobs in total, driving more than 2100 people to work nearby, effectively solving the employment problems of these groups, providing them with "home" employment opportunities, reducing social problems such as empty nesters and left behind children, and promoting family harmony, community harmony and social stability.
According to the preliminary investigation and consultation opinions, the meeting analyzed the challenges faced by the current development of flexible employment workshops, including the obvious characteristics of "small scattered and weak", the "hard and soft" constraints on development, and the "lack of synergy" affecting efficiency. In response to these problems, the meeting put forward suggestions from many aspects: establish a product information base and docking platform for flexible employment workshops at the county level, carry out "order" and "orientation" skill training, and give rent-free or rent subsidy to the venues; Encourage competent enterprises to lead, establish or jointly run flexible employment workshops, explore the mode of "central factory + satellite workshop" and improve the operation level; Combing and integrating preferential policies, forming a "policy package", innovating financial products and solving financing problems; Establish a joint meeting mechanism between departments, give play to the role of grass-roots organizations, tell stories about workshops and workers, select advanced models, attract more social forces to pay attention to and support flexible employment workshops, and attract people to work nearby.
It is reported that the results of the meeting will form a special research report and submit it to the county Party committee and the county government. The county CPPCC will continue to track and promote it, making the "small workshop" a "big stage" to drive common prosperity.
