Recently, the Market Supervision Administration of Sichuan Province issued a notice on promoting and learning from the typical experience and practices of strong quality enterprises, strong chains, and strong counties, selecting and determining 13 typical cases of strong quality enterprises, 10 typical cases of strong quality chains, and 10 innovative cases of strong quality counties (cities, districts) for cultivation and construction. Yingshan County in Nanchong City was selected as an innovative case of strong quality counties (cities, districts) for cultivation and construction.

It is understood that quality is an important indicator of a city's level of development and comprehensive strength, reflecting its ability for sustainable development. In recent years, Yingshan County has deeply integrated into the construction of the Chengdu Chongqing dual city economic circle, with improving quality and efficiency as the core and innovation driven as the focus, building a mechanism for coordinated development of quality and finance, and promoting the high-quality development of the machinery and auto parts industry cluster. Implement the "chain leader system" working mechanism, deepen the work orientation of "improving efficiency with quality", and accelerate the formation of industrial clusters into chains and chains through the strategy of "internal education and external attraction, dual park agglomeration, and dual wheel drive". Carry out enterprise quality diagnosis, identify quality pain points and bottlenecks, develop "one enterprise, one policy" improvement plans, and promote the transformation of enterprises towards high-end through "one-on-one" assistance. Establish a positive linkage mechanism between "quality credit and financing capability", innovate the four in one financing model of "government, enterprise, bank, and service institution", build a bank enterprise docking platform, and solve the difficulties of financing and valuation for technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises.

As of now, Yingshan has established 30 national level high-tech enterprises and 23 provincial-level "specialized, refined, unique, and new" enterprises. More than 40 enterprises provide high-quality supporting services for leading car companies such as SAIC, Geely, and Changan. Over a hundred "Yingshan made" products are embedded in the trillion level industrial cluster of Chengdu and Chongqing. Yingshan Machinery and Auto Parts Industry has entered the "Provincial Small and Medium sized Enterprise Characteristic Industry Cluster" and has the largest electric motorcycle production base in Southwest China. The GDP has been higher than the national, provincial, and municipal average levels for seven consecutive years, and has ranked first in Nanchong City for four consecutive years. It is a county with outstanding achievements in high-quality economic development in the province.
