On the afternoon of April 16th, Mi Chuang Yunlian Technology entered Nanchong Film Industry Vocational College and jointly held a campus lecture with the School of Management at the college's Art and Culture Center Multi-Function Hall, marking a new chapter in campus-enterprise cooperation. The event was hosted by Peng Qin, Assistant to the Dean of the School of Management. In attendance were Feng Chao, Secretary and Dean of the School of Management, Ji Ruixiang, Senior Brand Operations Director of Mi Chuang, Luo Zhenhao, Senior E-commerce Trainer from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, and other relevant personnel. E-commerce faculty members, counselors, and all students from the 2023 and 2024 cohorts of the e-commerce major also participated.

At the beginning of the event, Feng Chao delivered a speech. He emphasized that this practical experience is a crucial bridge connecting the classroom and the workplace for students. In the context of the rapid development of the e-commerce industry, the deep integration of theory and practice is the only way to cultivate high-quality talents. He encouraged students to actively seize practical opportunities, apply the knowledge learned in class to practice, consolidate their professional knowledge, and enhance their practical abilities. He also urged them to face challenges in practice bravely, reflect actively, and seek solutions proactively. He called on students to hold themselves to the standards of "professionals," abide by practical discipline, ensure their own safety, and use this practice to clarify their career directions and prepare fully for future career development. Feng Chao's speech provided clear guidance for students' participation in practice, inspiring them to actively engage and achieve self-growth and breakthroughs.

Ji Ruixiang then showcased the strong capabilities of Mi Chuang Yunlian in his presentation. With eight years of experience in the e-commerce ecosystem, Mi Chuang Yunlian has provided integrated solutions for numerous brands and possesses significant resource advantages and a professional team. He also introduced the cooperation plan with the college, stating that both parties will create a growth-oriented campus economic community through a co-creation program, conduct e-commerce training, and help students accumulate practical experience and enhance their e-commerce thinking. The training system adopts a "three-stage rocket" practical training plan, equipped with a professional BI system and industry directors as instructors, resulting in a high job-seeking success rate for graduates. The e-commerce training base also offers students a space for inspiration and practical combat, with many privileges and guarantees.

Subsequently, Luo Zhenhao shared his experiences and insights on driving educational reform, starting from the connection between classroom knowledge and e-commerce practice, and brought new perspectives to students on how to better apply theoretical knowledge to e-commerce practice.

The event featured multiple lottery and Q&A sessions, creating a lively atmosphere. The rich prizes stimulated the students' enthusiasm for participation, bridging the gap between the enterprise and the students. The interactive segments further deepened the students' understanding of the enterprise, the cooperation project, and the industry's development prospects.

This lecture is an important step for the School of Management to deepen the integration of industry and education and to promote campus-enterprise cooperation. It is reported that the School of Management will continue to strengthen the campus-enterprise linkage model, integrate resources from all sides, and push talent cultivation towards more efficient and precise directions. By closely cooperating with enterprises, the college aims to provide students with more practical opportunities to enhance their professional skills and vocational qualities, realize their career values, lay a solid foundation for their careers, and cultivate more high-quality applied talents that meet social demands.
