In the morning, the team from the School of Film and Television arrived at Xiu Hu Technology New Media Digital Industry Park. As a leading enterprise in new media operations in the education field, Xiu Hu Technology has a 5,000-square-meter R&D base and a team of thousands. Its business covers content marketing on mainstream platforms such as Douyin, Kuaishou, and Xiaohongshu. The person in charge of the enterprise introduced that the newly opened new media traffic operation positions plan to recruit 200 people and have specially set up a "College Student Internship and Training Base." The base provides interns with equipment support such as laptops and work mobile phones and is equipped with systematic pre-job training and accommodation guarantees. For the "post-00s" newcomers to the workplace, the enterprise has introduced a "9 a.m. to 7 p.m." work system, free accommodation, and a 2-minute commute, which are very attractive and competitive. In the afternoon, the team from the School of Film and Television went to Sichuan Starlan Qyou Culture Media Co., Ltd. As a new generation of pan-entertainment live streaming enterprises, the company focuses on "Internet celebrity IP incubation" and has successfully created several top streamers. The company showcased its live streaming artist training system, the entire process of short video creation, and game development projects. It also opened three types of positions in live streaming operations, artist incubation, and game development in response to the professional characteristics of the School of Film and Television.

During the symposium, both sides had detailed exchanges on student internships, training, and employment. Secretary Zhao Yong emphasized, "It is essential to be people-oriented and create a feasible and operable environment for students' talent development and provide them with a good platform." The enterprise side strongly agreed and stated that it would diversion students to different live streaming tracks based on their interests and strengths for differentiated training to improve the success rate of talent incubation.

This special action has expanded the school's employment positions, adding more than 200 internship and employment positions covering the entire chain of content creation, operation management, and technology research and development.
