Focusing on the Transition from Primary to Secondary School to Promote Development and Seeking Wise Management to Cultivate the Future

On April 3, Jiangdong Junior High School in Gaoping District, Nanchong City, Sichuan Province, and Chengbei Experimental School in Yingshan County jointly held a symposium themed "Focusing on the Transition from Primary to Secondary School to Promote Development and Seeking Wise Management to Cultivate the Future."

During the symposium, Chengbei Experimental School shared its current educational management status and the challenges it faces. Jiangdong Junior High School presented its experience in teaching management. The discussions revolved around the development positioning, plans, goals, and paths of the supported school, as well as enhancing school governance capabilities and boosting vitality and internal motivation. The two schools, which are part of a community of shared development, engaged in in-depth exchanges on promoting joint school governance, teacher training, student cultivation, classroom construction, and resource sharing. Participants freely shared their experiences and challenges in school management, creating a warm and collaborative atmosphere. Through these exchanges, they not only broadened their management perspectives but also strengthened the understanding and friendship between the two schools.

It is understood that the partnership between Jiangdong Junior High School in Gaoping District, Nanchong City, and Chengbei Experimental School in Yingshan County was initiated in April 2024 as part of Nanchong's educational support system to help Yilong County and Yingshan County achieve rapid development. Jiangdong Junior High School has been providing targeted support to Chengbei Experimental School.

"Inspire yourself to be a source of light, because you never know who might walk out of the darkness with your light..." In the experience-sharing session on class management, Liu Qing, the head of the Liu Qing Class Teacher Studio at Jiangdong Junior High School, delivered a special lecture titled "Empowering Class Growth with Positive Psychology." She discussed two main aspects: gathering team wisdom to ignite the spark of positive education and implementing five-dimensional education management focusing on routine, moral education, sports, communication, and teamwork to empower class growth. This lecture brought a unique intellectual storm to the participants.

Yong Yan, the Party branch secretary of Jiangdong Junior High School, expressed his hope that the two schools would continue to engage in exchanges and jointly explore new methods of school management. He emphasized the importance of sharing high-quality resources, enhancing teacher professionalism, and improving educational quality to write a new chapter in the development of education in the new era.
