Nanchong Ecological Environment Bureau, Langzhong Municipal People's government, Nanchong Water Affairs Bureau, Nanchong agricultural and rural Bureau, Nanchong Forestry Bureau and other relevant principals all appeared on the stage, and with detailed data and vivid practice, they showed the outside world a picture of the great meiguo state with green mountains, blue sky and clear water.

Ecological environment is the biggest background of beautiful Nanchong. In recent years, Nanchong has firmly promoted the strategy of "green and excellent city" and handed over a brilliant green answer. The average concentration of PM2.5 in the main urban area dropped to 32.4 micrograms per cubic meter, the best in history; The excellent water quality rate of 12 national and provincial assessment sections has maintained 100% for 5 consecutive years, and Jialing River (Nanchong Section) has been rated as a provincial beautiful river and lake. In terms of natural mountains and rivers and the construction of urban and rural homes, the city's forest coverage rate is stable at more than 41%, the green coverage rate of built-up areas is more than 46%, ranking first in the province, and 479 villages suitable for living, working and beauty are linked. At the same time, Nanchong has deeply explored its historical and cultural heritage. By 2025, the city will spend 120billion yuan on tourism; The ten actions of reaching the peak of carbon were thoroughly implemented, and the installed proportion of clean energy was increased to more than 97%, realizing the efficient transformation from ecological value to economic value.

As one of the first "pilot counties (cities) for the construction of a beautiful Sichuan", Langzhong, with the Jialing River as the main axis, has repaired a total of 17 kilometers of riverside coastline and built 15 kilometers of riverside ecological corridor. The water quality compliance rate in the middle section of the Jialing River has remained 100% throughout the year. While protecting mountains and controlling water, Langzhong has become a big industry. The annual average output value of nearly 100000 mu of characteristic agricultural clusters has reached 3.2 billion yuan, driving the annual per capita income of 26000 villagers to increase by more than 3000 yuan. Through the "micro transformation" of the core area of the ancient city with an investment of 293million yuan, 93 streets and lanes and 270 courtyards of the Ming and Qing dynasties have been preserved, and the Millennium context has become more and more moist in the living inheritance. A national practice and innovation base of "green water and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains" has been successfully established.

In the process of building a solid ecological barrier, all functional departments have made concerted efforts to benefit thousands of families with green dividends. The water affairs department regards Xingfu River and lake as the "No. 1 project", and has built 9 municipal Xingfu rivers and lakes. Jialing section of Jialing River has been successfully established as a provincial Xingfu River and lake, and has spared no effort to bring the green water river project into the national reserve. The agricultural and rural departments have built 32000 kilometers of rural roads, ranking first in the province. The popularization rate of rural sanitary toilets has reached 95%, and the domestic sewage treatment rate has reached 79.6%. 2592 villages have been settled through the "Sichuan good governance" digital platform, making the existing beauty of the countryside more meaningful. The forestry department is making every effort to promote the construction of "Tianfu forest four reservoirs". By 2025, 173000 mu of afforestation will be completed, the comprehensive forestry output value will reach 29.9 billion yuan, and the economic output value under the forest will exceed 3billion yuan. It is accelerating the transformation of forest resources into a green engine to enrich people and strengthen the city.
