On June 13, the first general meeting of the second session of Nanchong non governmental China Japan Friendship Association was grandly held in Mingren Hotel, Gaoping District. The conference successfully completed its agenda and elected a new leading group.

On the same day, 54 members should be present at the general meeting, 49 members actually present, and the number of actually present exceeds two thirds of all members. The conference deliberated and adopted the work report of the first Council, completed the general election according to regulations, and elected a new Council and leading group. Under the guidance and supervision of Nanchong people's Association for friendship with foreign countries and Nanchong Municipal Bureau of civil affairs, as well as the care and guidance of caibaocheng, an outstanding agricultural expert in Sichuan Province, the conference was held in an orderly manner. All members strictly followed the articles of association and completed the agenda of the new term in the form of democratic voting.

At the meeting, the Changyang ceremony of the last session systematically reviewed the work achievements during the term of office of the first board of directors, and the report comprehensively showed the practical course of the association based on Nanchong, cultivating folk friendship and serving local development.

The last Council always took building a solid ideological foundation and standardizing internal governance as the core of its work. The association has always put ideological and political construction in the first place, regularly organized its members to learn the party's principles and policies, laws and regulations and community management norms, and continuously strengthened the political position and rules awareness of all staff. Regularly assign staff to participate in the special training on foreign-related discipline, community operation and business practice organized by the municipal Friendship Association and the Civil Affairs Department, so as to comprehensively improve the professional ability of foreign-related exchanges. Centering on the health and spiritual and cultural needs of members, we regularly carry out lectures on chronic disease prevention, scientific elderly care, fitness and health preservation; Based on the local consumer market, introduce smart wearable health products to help Nanchong health industry expand and upgrade. Relying on the important nodes such as "July 1", "November 11" and the Spring Festival, we organized special publicity and education activities such as red songs, red stories and poetry recitation, so as to cultivate the love for the party and patriotism of all members.

During his term of office, the association organized members to visit Japan for investigation and exchange, and visited local agricultural industrial parks and farmers' markets. Closely following the deployment of the city's rural revitalization, comrade caibaocheng has led some members to go into the villages and households in Xitou and Dongguan areas of Gaoping District for many times to provide industrial development assistance to fruit farmers and rice farmers, organically combine overseas advanced agricultural resources with the local agricultural development of Nanchong, and help improve the quality and efficiency of the industry through civil exchanges.

At the meeting, all the members attending the meeting reviewed and voted on relevant documents one by one, and unanimously adopted the work report of the first Council, the financial work report of the first session, the articles of association of Nanchong non governmental China Japan Friendship Association (Amendment), the resolution on the payment of membership dues (Draft) and the election measures for the second general election (Draft). According to the established election methods, the general assembly carried out the general election by secret ballot, and elected a total of 13 members of the Second Council according to law: wangjiaxiong, Fengge, renchunyu (female), liuyunhu, songqian (female), songxianbo, zhanglihao, Zhang Jiao (female), Zhang Yan (female), Qu Anxiang, tanghaiyan, huangchengwei and danghuijun (female); One supervisor is elected: lixiaoli (female).

Subsequently, the new Council organized an election. Renchunyu (female) was elected president of the association, tanghaiyan and zhanglihao were elected vice presidents, and zhanglihao was also the Secretary General. Upon nomination by the secretary general, the General Assembly deliberated and voted to appoint tanwanlin and songxianbo as deputy secretaries general, Quanxiang as the director of the office, and Zhang Yan (female) as the deputy director of the office. Duxiuqing was appointed as the scrutineer and pujianhua as the teller in this election. The whole process was open, fair and just, and the election results were true and valid.

On the same day, after the conference deliberated and adopted the work report and completed the general election, the newly elected president renchunyu delivered his inaugural speech. First of all, she thanked the Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau, the municipal Friendship Association, all the members and the last Council, and said that the elected president was deeply honoured by the glorious mission and great responsibility. She proposed that in the future, the association would promote its work from four aspects: first, anchoring the political direction, strictly observing foreign affairs discipline, and grasping the basic principles of China Japan relations; Second, we should deepen cultural exchanges, rely on silk, the Three Kingdoms and the local red culture, and regularly carry out research, study and cultural tourism exchanges between the two places; Third, build an economic and trade platform, connect with Chinese and Japanese silk and characteristic agricultural enterprises, introduce advanced technology, and help Nanchong products go to sea; Fourth, strengthen internal management, attract talents from all walks of life in enterprises and colleges, and unite the development forces of government and enterprises.
