Unlocking the Mysteries of the Mind: Finding the Key to Warmth
Teachers are like light, subtle yet far-reaching. Excellent teachers are not only good at imparting knowledge and resolving doubts but also at clearing the fog of the future and illuminating the growth of the soul. To help teachers understand students from a psychological development perspective and find ways to improve classroom effectiveness, Nanchong Transportation Technical School arranged for the school's psychology teacher, Li Jiaxi, to unveil the mysteries of students' minds.
On the afternoon of December 25th, the classroom was packed with over 80 teachers listening attentively, taking notes with great concentration, as a mental health education research meeting was underway. The school's mental health education teacher, Li Jiaxi, spoke eloquently from a psychological perspective, analyzing the characteristics of current vocational students and exploring the reasons behind "mischievous" behavior. Only by understanding students can teachers get closer to them.
Entering the inner world of students reveals a broader new realm. Teacher Li analyzed the reasons behind students' rebellious psychology, addictive behaviors, and aversion to studying, and also provided feasible methods. The teachers present also shared their own approaches used in the teaching process. The "Yerkes-Dodson Law" describes the relationship between the intensity of motivation and learning efficiency in a psychological law, stating that the optimal level of motivation varies with the nature or difficulty of the task. In summary, it is the responsibility of teachers to uncover students' interests, motivate them with encouragement, and manage the classroom with scientifically sound teaching methods, so that every student can find the motivation to learn.
In the vast field of education, every student is a unique book, and their behaviors, emotions, and thoughts form rich and colorful stories. However, these stories often hide deep psychological secrets that require us to interpret and listen with our hearts. Each student's blooming period is different; teachers should take "perseverance can carve gold and stone" as an example, cultivating their own and students' willpower and perseverance in the face of difficulties, using love as a bridge and understanding as a key. As teachers, we need to keep learning and progressing to better adapt to the needs and development of our students. Let's work together, feel the beat of every heart, and believe that with our joint efforts, our students will surely thrive and soar!
