Nanchong Film Industry Vocational College: Deeply cultivating the integration of industry and education, and identifying the direction of talent cultivation
In order to promote the integration of industry and education in vocational education and assist in the high-quality development of colleges and universities, on May 7th, Liu Atong, Director of the Office Service Center of the Ministry of Education, visited Nanchong Film Industry Vocational College for research and guidance, and conducted special research and discussions on industry education integration, school enterprise cooperation, talent cultivation, and professional construction. School leaders He Weidong and Yue Zengchun, as well as the admissions and employment office and the heads of secondary colleges, accompanied the research.
At the symposium, Director Liu Attong listened to the school's work report and gained a detailed understanding of the construction of the film and television major, practical teaching, student employment, and the development of school enterprise cooperation. He pointed out that the integration of industry and education is the core of vocational education development. Film and television colleges need to keep up with the pace of industrial upgrading, break down industry, inter school, and professional barriers, and align teaching with the industry chain and practical job requirements.
Based on industry trends and the actual situation of education, Director Liu Attong put forward three guiding opinions. One is to adhere to cross-border integration, break down barriers between film and television related majors, promote the integration of art and technology, cultivate compound skilled talents, and enhance students' employment competitiveness. The second is to strengthen practical education, promote the "theory+role" training model, introduce real film and television projects for real-life training, improve the practical teaching system, and achieve the goal of applying what is learned. The third is to deepen cooperation between schools and enterprises, improve long-term collaborative education mechanisms, promote the joint construction of courses and training bases between schools and enterprises, open up the closed loop of enrollment, training, and employment, and accurately match the talent needs of the industry.
During the research period, Director Liu Attong visited training venues such as film and television training centers and studios to verify the configuration of teaching facilities and the progress of training. He affirmed the school's distinctive and practical approach to education, believing that the school has a clear positioning and sufficient development potential. He also encouraged the school to continue deepening the integration of industry and education reform, optimize the connotation of education, and focus on building a first-class and nationally renowned vocational college in the film industry, cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents for the film and television industry.
Southern Film will take this survey as an opportunity to implement various guidance requirements, optimize the talent training system, innovate school enterprise cooperation models, deepen the development path of industry education integration, fully improve the quality of education and education, and write a new chapter in the high-quality development of vocational education.
