The year-end summary and commendation conference of Nanchong Olympic Aviation Sports 2025 was successfully held

On February 11th, the year-end summary and commendation conference of Nanchong Olympic Aviation Sports 2025 was grandly held at Xihe Sports Park. All coaches and employees of the club gathered together to comprehensively review the annual work, commend advanced models, and deploy development goals for the new year.

The conference sequentially listened to the annual work reports of the Youth Training Department, Comprehensive Department, Finance Department, and Venue Department. Each department systematically summarized the work achievements in 2025, sorted out problems and shortcomings, and clarified the key tasks and improvement directions for 2026.

The club leader He Min delivered a concluding speech, fully affirming the hard work and outstanding achievements of all colleagues over the past year. He highly praised the youth training teaching, venue operation, team management, brand building and other work, and put forward new requirements and expectations around teaching quality, service upgrading, talent cultivation, market expansion and other aspects, inspiring everyone to unite and create new achievements.

The conference held a grand commendation and awarding session, awarding championship coaches, best coaches, exemplary individual, outstanding employees and other awards in turn, and awarding the 2025 annual coaches' output value performance award on the spot, honoring persistence and dedication with honor and incentive, setting a benchmark and inspiring morale.

At the end of the conference, under the leadership of head coach He Min, all personnel sang "Sincere Hero" in unison, with a resounding voice and high morale, fully demonstrating the spirit of unity, progress, and love for perseverance of the Austrian Airlines team.
