Mount Huangshan, the leader of the Municipal Ecological Environment Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Detachment, reported three typical cases of ecological environment violations in the city, covering three common illegal acts of vehicle emission inspection agencies, illegal disposal of hazardous waste, and construction projects without approval. It is reported that in the process of handling the case, the ecological environment departments of the city have always adhered to strict law enforcement and precise supervision. They not only crack down on various malicious environmental violations with a "zero tolerance" attitude in accordance with the law, but also strictly implement the requirements of inclusive and prudent supervision, achieving a balance between leniency and strictness, and integrating legal principles. Ran Gaosheng, Secretary of the Party Group and Director of Yingshan Ecological Environment Bureau, introduced a repeated petition case of livestock breeding odor disturbance that Yingshan Ecological Environment Bureau successfully resolved in 2025. This case was selected in the "Selected Typical Cases of Environmental Petitions by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment" and is the only one selected in the province. In the process of handling the case, we will work together from three levels: "precise traceability, scientific locking of the source", "multi-party linkage, joint rectification", and "comprehensive measures to ensure the effectiveness of rectification".
