On December 28th, the 2026 Project Development Seminar of Sichuan Oriental Science and Education Group was held at Nanchong No.11 Middle School. Kou Delin, the Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman, and President of the Group, presided over the meeting and delivered a speech. At the meeting, the group executives provided a detailed interpretation of the development plan and feasibility report for the 2026 cultural and tourism project "Jinxiu East". The attending leaders conducted in-depth discussions on core issues such as project positioning, planning layout, target customer groups, and talent cultivation, and put forward a series of constructive opinions that are both forward-looking and practical.

Kudrin made it clear in his speech that this meeting is not only an exchange meeting to gather consensus, but also a decision-making meeting to plan for the future. He emphasized that the group will closely follow the strategic deployment of "strengthening the province through culture and tourism, and revitalizing the city through culture and tourism" at the provincial and municipal levels. With Nanchong Film Industry Vocational College as the core support, the group will innovate and create a deep integration model of "film+technology+culture and tourism". Through the integration of industry, academia and research, the group will promote technological innovation and industrial upgrading, comprehensively enhance its core competitiveness and industry influence. He put forward three requirements for project promotion: firstly, based on a strategic perspective, improve project planning, ensure clear goals, feasible measures, and achieve resource sharing and complementary advantages;   The third is to strengthen overall coordination and collaboration, consolidate team strength, focus on fine management, marketing promotion, and internal and external collaboration, and promote project implementation and effectiveness with a practical style.
