In the early hours of New Year's Day, while people were still basking in the joy of New Year's Eve, three taxi drivers in Nanchong, Sichuan, experienced a thrilling rescue operation.

Around 2:30 a.m., in Xi Alley, Shunqing District, a woman with tears streaming down her face stopped taxi driver Wei Yun, sobbing that her friend had jumped into the river and the situation was extremely critical, pleading for the driver's help to save her friend's life. Without hesitation, Master Wei Yun rushed straight to the scene of the jump, followed closely by two other taxi drivers, Luo Ran and Han Shunqing.
