The person in charge of the Municipal Data Bureau introduced that in order to gather wisdom and strength from all parties and help Nanchong achieve leapfrog development in the digital economy era, the city has established a Big Data Expert Consultation Committee composed of 50 experts and scholars, creating an internal and external linkage, complementary advantages, and a wisdom integration platform. The experts and scholars come from universities such as Peking University, Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Chengdu University, Southwest Petroleum University, and China West Normal University. There are industry elites from well-known domestic data companies, as well as professionals from government departments who actively promote digital transformation, covering multiple sub-fields such as smart city construction, digital economy, artificial intelligence, data governance, and data security.
