Warmth on Women's Day: Celebrating the Beauty of Women

To celebrate the 115th International Women's Day, on the afternoon of March 7, a team-building activity titled "Warmth on Women's Day: Celebrating the Beauty of Women" was jointly organized by the Trade Union, Women's Federation, and Youth League Committee of Nanchong Film Industry Vocational College. The event, which combined knowledge and fun, offered a unique and delightful experience for all female faculty members of the college, becoming a bright highlight in the campus.

At the beginning of the event, Vice President He Weidong, a member of the Party Committee, attended the scene and delivered an enthusiastic speech. Following his speech, a special lecture on women's health was held in Conference Room No. 3 of the Cultural Arts Center by two authoritative experts in the field of gynecology, Liu Ling and Huang Dongmei. Dr. Liu Ling, a graduate of Sichuan University's Clinical Medicine program, has over 20 years of experience in obstetrics and gynecology. She is also a member of the Sichuan Women Physicians Association, a member of several professional committees, and a municipal health science popularization expert in Nanchong.

Dr. Huang Dongmei, a graduate of North Sichuan Medical College, also has over 20 years of rich clinical experience in obstetrics and gynecology and is a member of the Menopause Committee of the Sichuan Maternal and Child Health Association. With their profound professional knowledge, the two experts analyzed common health concerns for women in daily life in a simple and understandable way. They covered topics such as menstrual care, early symptoms of common gynecological diseases, and psychological and physical adjustment during menopause. From prevention to coping strategies, they provided a comprehensive health management system for the female faculty members, helping them to be more energetic and healthy in their work and life. During the lecture, the experts used real-life cases to make the knowledge more vivid and engaging, with frequent interaction and applause from the audience.

After the lecture, the female faculty members moved to the football field with great anticipation to start a vibrant team-building activity. A lively fitness aerobics routine to the song "Compendium of Materia Medica" instantly ignited the enthusiasm of the crowd. Everyone moved energetically to the rhythm, showing their youthful spirit with neat and powerful movements. Teacher Pan Tao's impromptu rap performance further pushed the atmosphere to a new climax. The lyrics praised the resilience of women and acknowledged the hard work of the female faculty members at the school. The audience was captivated by this unique performance, with some nodding to the rhythm and others clapping along, fully immersed in the lively atmosphere.

The following fun game segment brought the event to its peak, with laughter and cheers echoing across the field. During the games, the female faculty members worked together and encouraged each other, greatly enhancing their team spirit and cohesion. They fully demonstrated the vitality and cooperative spirit of the team. Throughout the event, the school had prepared exquisite gifts, three rounds of exciting lotteries, and thoughtful holiday red envelopes, ensuring that every woman left with a sense of fulfillment and happiness.
