Nanchong People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries Conducts "Warmth for International Students" Themed Party Day Consolation Activity

Distance makes no difference in friendship, and we care for each other's well-being. As the New Year is approaching, on the morning of December 18th, the Party Branch of the Nanchong People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries visited universities to carry out the "Warmth for International Students" themed Party Day consolation activity, delivering warmth and care to some international students in Nanchong.

Wang Xingbing and Peng Xixi, members of the Party Group and vice presidents of the Nanchong Foreign Friendship Association, participated in the event. They visited North Sichuan Medical College and West China Normal University successively, engaging in in-depth exchanges with international students from various countries and regions. They learned about the students' life and study situations in Nanchong, encouraged them to value their time, study diligently, and strive to become disseminators of Chinese and foreign cultures and friendships. They also provided the students with quilts and other cold-weather supplies.

The international students expressed their gratitude for the care and consolation from the Nanchong Foreign Friendship Association and stated that they would live up to expectations, acquire skills, and work hard to become ambassadors of cultural exchange between China and other countries.

During the consolation period, the Nanchong Foreign Friendship Association also had in-depth conversations with the heads of the universities' international education and exchange colleges about deepening foreign exchange cooperation and achieving collaboration between the school and the local area.
