Yingshan, Sichuan: more than 200 young cadres attend night schools to improve their ability to perform their duties

Recently, Yingshan County, Nanchong City, Sichuan Province held a youth evening school (phase I) and a training course to improve the performance ability of young cadres. It helped 203 newly recruited civil servants in non leading positions in the county from 2021 to 2023 to fill their theoretical weaknesses, strengthen their business weaknesses, expand their ability and vision, and guide young cadres to devote themselves to Yingshan reform and development practice with excellent skills and style.

During the training on June 2 and June 4, the Party School of Yingshan County Party committee, the Publicity Department of Yingshan County Party committee and the letters and Visits Bureau of Yingshan County comprehensively and deeply explained the new situation and new tasks of Party building in the new era, the correct response and handling of network public opinion, and the construction of the rule of law of letters and visits, with the titles of "risk response and crisis management of network public opinion" and "practicing the original mission, being brave to take responsibility and striving to create a new situation of Yingshan letters and visits", bringing a training course full of dry goods and combining theory and practice to the vast number of young cadres.

After the training course, young cadres gathered together to talk about their experiences and feelings. Everyone agreed that the training course took into account both theoretical height and practical depth. There were innovative theories, policies and guidelines, as well as vivid and grounded practice cases, which pointed out the direction for solving work problems, improving performance ability and broadening work ideas. It is understood that the training time of Yingshan County Youth evening school (phase I) and the training course for improving the performance ability of young cadres is from June 2 to June 30, and training courses are held at the academic lecture hall of the Party School of the county Party committee every Tuesday and Thursday from 7:00 to 10:00 p.m., covering the knowledge of Party discipline learning, official document writing, grass-roots governance and mass work, emergency management, etc. (Guoming, chenyangdan)
