Nanchong Longmen Middle School's "525 Psychological Garden Party": Every heart is gently held up

The sunshine of May falls on the track and field, and laughter and warmth flow together. On May 21st, the Mental Health Guidance Center of Nanchong Longmen Middle School in Sichuan Province carefully prepared a "525" psychological garden party with the theme of "Fish Leaping over Longmen, Sailing from the Heart" for all teachers and students. There are no exams or rankings here, only open hearts, bright smiles, and emotions quietly caught.

The game collection chapter hides a gentle 'psychological lesson'

In front of the "Fun Ring" venue, students lined up with focused and excited eyes. Three circles per person, standing outside the line, gently tossing - what's in the bag is not a prize, but a small confidence of 'I can do it'. Even if you only wear one, you can still receive a seal and cheers from your companions.

Not far away, a display board of the "Heart to Heart Mutual Aid Plan" was surrounded by people. Many students' real confusions are anonymously posted above: "How to maintain friendship?" "How do you relieve anxiety?" Students can write their replies on sticky notes. Some people write 'Friendship requires sincere treatment', while others write 'When anxious, I take a deep breath and tell myself it's okay'. No preaching, only sincerity. At the moment of giving an answer, one is actually healing oneself.

The 'Clever Dragon Ball' requires two people to complete it together. Two students are holding a board with holes together, and the ping pong ball is swaying on it. They have to walk the whole distance around obstacles without falling off. Classmates held their breath and reminded each other to "slow down" and "steady down". It doesn't matter if the ball lands, pick it up and start again - this is probably the most authentic appearance of growth.

The most lively one is undoubtedly the 'Wonderful Pen Blooming Flowers'. Six people work in groups, each pulling a rope tied to a brush. No one should exert too much force, and they must gently lift and steadily fall together in order to write the two characters "Longmen" on paper. The group practiced five or six times before succeeding, and when the last stroke fell, everyone showed a satisfied smile. Those two words are crooked and twisted, but more moving than any printed text.

The 'Heart Language Paper Plane' may be the most romantic corner of the entire venue. Classmates write down their little troubles, wishes, or unspoken thoughts on paper, then carefully fold them into a paper airplane and throw it forcefully towards the distant "spiritual area". Paper can be anonymous, and no one knows what you wrote, but the moment you watch the plane fly out, it seems like the weight in your heart also decreases a bit.

When the dust settles, the flying paper airplane becomes a beautiful scenery on the display wall again. The colorful paper airplane transforms into a lively swimming fish, with hundreds of rivers converging and flowing downstream, advancing towards the Dragon Gate without hesitation.

The exhibition area exudes the tenderness of a whole spring

In the "525 My Little Books" display area, handmade small books are quietly placed on the table, which is particularly eye-catching. These small books are themed around "I Love Me" and are divided into three parts: self acceptance, self care, and self growth. Students use sincere words to record their self-awareness, kindness towards themselves, and the gradual improvement along the way. There are no fancy illustrations, more plain writing - but every page is a warm love letter written by classmates to themselves.

The healing comic wall is filled with stories of "fish leaping over the dragon gate", "heart towards sunshine", and "reconciliation with oneself". Using comics instead of language to tell stories about love, growth, and healing, turning those indescribable emotions into colors.

The most eye warming thing is the 'teacher confession wall'. Before the event, the students had already quietly written down the heartfelt words they wanted to say to the teacher - those gratitude, blessings, and little secrets that they usually feel embarrassed to say in person. All are carefully organized, allowing the warm current of love to flow quietly between teachers and students.

The biggest gift quietly delivered through seal exchange

After completing all five activities, you can gather all the seals to exchange for small gifts. But for students, the biggest gift is that on this day, someone listens attentively to them, someone cares about their emotions, and someone tells them - you may not be perfect, but you are worthy of love.
